The room was clean and tidy, all the amenities were new, staff were keen and helpful, only downside was the location, its deep inside an alleyway... walking abt 10mins to NIKKO Hotel.

I like this room type. It's hygienic and cost-effective. The location is a bit niche, but Ho Chi Minh is not that big. It's very convenient to go everywhere. The service is very friendly.

Located in an alley, you can experience the taste of local life. Generally, Grab drivers will pick you up and drop you off on the main street. After getting off the bus, walk a few steps and see the August Sky Cafe on the right, turn right, then left and go straight. The reception staff basically had no problem conversing in English. We were allowed to check in early on the day of check-in. The space is small and compact. If there are elderly people, we need to consider the concept of the loft.
