Friendly staff!!! Thank you!!! The room is as in the photo. Nice furniture, clean. I didn't like only one thing, no soundproofing. Earplugs are needed. You can hear everything that happens at the reception. As the neighbors say, when the neighbors turn on the water, because the mixer is very noisy, but that's okay, everyone sleeps at night. But the air conditioner is very noisy, both the internal and external units. The hotel is new, but if there were silent air conditioners, I would stay again. Because it is torture to listen to technical sounds that pound, creak, and so on. You can't hear the planes. After 12 at night, the neighbors turned on loud music, my husband went down to the reception, they resolved the situation there. Thanks to the staff!

The room is small but well-equipped

Room 503 is so terrible! I have never had eye allergies before. This was the first time I had eye allergies when I stayed in this room. My husband also has respiratory allergies. The bed was very dirty and had dust mites. The hotel staff helped me move to room 303 and I had no allergy symptoms. However, hotel hygiene is very much needed. Enhance improvements, and the water in the bathtub is ridiculous⋯Super small water volume and no hot water🤦🏽♀️
