Golden Star Hotel & Apartment

I stayed for 3 nights. In general, the hotel is clean, cozy, cheap. They converted a two-story/three-story house into a hotel. The cheapest rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed. If people walk around, talk, etc., you can hear absolutely everything. Classical music was playing in the lobby next to my room, and you could hear everything. In the first days, I couldn't fall asleep because of the music, so I asked the staff to turn it off. The nearest 7-eleven is far away. It is located far from the center and from public transport in a quiet residential area. In principle, taxis in Ho Chi Minh City are cheap, you can get around by taxi or on a Grab/Bolt motorbike. The staff is kind. My room also had a strange air conditioner, if you turn it on, it was very cold, without it you could suffocate, the windows in the room do not open. One big plus is that you can put dirty things in a white box in the room and put it by the door. They will wash your clothes, dry them and put them next to the door, which is very convenient.
