A disaster, to be avoided at all costs! Mold and humidity on the ceiling and walls. No hot water. At reception I was told that my double room was no longer available and I was given a single room for the same price even though I had booked on Agoda. My friends did not have a shower head and instead of having a double bed they had two single beds. The next day I asked for a refund and I was told that I would be charged for 2 days even though we only stayed one night. Result: 2 out of 3 people were sick and we paid for two nights for one night. To be avoided at all costs!

After been given a room with no towels. Hardly clean and no A/C remote. Spoke with someone at the desk last night and was told we could change room the next day, then asked agian this morning and was told we were not able to. Woke up sick and congested from the mould. Absolutely avoid this place plenty better options near by. Toilet leeks bad after flushing but will not let me add video.

This is the worse hotel we have ever been in. The rooms were filthy. The sheets were nasty with hair on it. The gave us 1 towel (for 2). It was stained… I don’t think they even clean the room from the previous guess. There were hair in the bathrooms. The excellent rating on Agoda were completely false. The whole hotel is dirty. There were trash in the elevator for 2 days and no one picks it up. The reception is on another level of bad service. Please book somewhere else.
