GreenLine Service Aparts - Luxious, Heart of City

I stayed for 5 nights. It was the worst place I've stayed in a long time. ①Even though I emailed them my arrival time and check-in time, they didn't reply at all. As expected, I couldn't check in on the day... I had to ask them to remind me via Trip.com customer center, and it took me an hour and a half to check in. Is it my fault for not reminding them? ②On the second day, I did the laundry in the morning, but the washing machine was a complicated drum type for travelers and I didn't know how to use it, so I asked the owner to come and operate it, but after the laundry was done, the door wouldn't open and I couldn't take out the laundry... In the end, I waited at the hotel all day, and in the evening a mechanic came and repaired it, and I was able to take out the laundry. It was the first time in my life that the washing machine door wouldn't open... ③I was changed rooms, but the air conditioner didn't work. Instead, there was a fan, so I had to live with the fan... (The previous room was too powerful) ④When checking out, they urged me to leave early. ⑤They don't store luggage after check-out. I have to return the card early, so I can't use the pool. It's not a hotel, it's a condo-style private lodging. Even after all this discomfort, there was no apology... The location, pool, gym, and other facilities are great, but the service is terrible... I came here to relax, but ended up being irritated.

I feel bad, so I lie down with my clothes on and leave at dawn.

It's great to have 2 rooms. It was a trip with a friend. There are two rooms and two bathrooms. It was so comfortable I like that the swimming pool is clean too. suggestion

Cleanliness is a mess All kinds of dust on the floor, etc. The apartment is nice There was no room cleaning management at all. The blanket and bed are dirty and smelly. Towels had a stinging smell, so I went to the supermarket and bought towels to use. Im the worst throwing money away
