Upon check in, tea & snacks were served by the staffs. After you’re done, a staff would bring you to your room. Our initial room had a faulty lock so we called for service but there were communication challenges, as the staff couldn’t understand English well, and her tone was harsh and annoyed. When she came to the room, she realised the issue, called the servicing team to fix it. About 3-4 guys came but couldn’t fix it. We waited quite a while because they took turns to fix. They eventually got us a different room and the lock could work. Despite the hiccup, the other staffs were friendly & welcoming. Breakfast spread was good too.

The hotel is located in a centralised location and it's really easy to get to ben thanh market, and the nearby amenities. Lots of good food nearby. Downside is car cant stop in front of the hotel as it's a busy road. So need to come down before car arrives.

**Hotel Review**
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing; from the moment we entered, we felt the warmth and excellent service. We were greeted with a welcome drink, and the staff kindly assisted us to our room. The rooms were beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. So many opportunities for photos to be taken here. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near the market and a short walk from other famous sights in District 1.
I highly recommend booking this hotel.

We arrived early in the morning and checked in after 2pm, but we were shown to our room around 11:30am.
I was very grateful for that.
There was no paper holder in the bathroom and there was only one card key, so it was inconvenient that we couldn't go our own ways separately from our companions.
Breakfast was a buffet, and different dishes were served every day, so it was fun to eat.
It was great that we could watch YouTube on the TV too ☺️

The location is really good. Near to most of the tourist attractions and famous restaurants. Many food and massage around the hotel.
The breakfast is really good, the reception also super friendly and kind. I received a bottle of wine and bouquet in the room after they know I was there for my wedding anniversary.
They also recommended some nice restaurants to us.
