Good location but there’s no front desk since the first floor is rented out to a coffee shop. It turned out to be more inconvenient than I expected. Even though you can text/call the staff directly and they’re quite responsive, you can’t quickly get something you need when you need it. And the water heater doesn’t work well, the water was not freezing but definitely not hot enough. The hotel is in District 1 which is central but there’s no casual restaurants or convenient stores around to have a quick snack.
Overall the stay was not bad and the hotel is trying their best to address their disadvantages but given the reasons above, I wouldn’t stay here again.
I’ve stayed in multiple M village locations and had better experiences.

Wonderful big room, very clean and convenient location! The staff is attentive and polite, there is a wonderful and cozy coffee shop downstairs. We lived on the 7th floor, it was quiet and calm. The hotel also offers free laundry, drinking water, cleaning once every 2 days. I recommend! Thank you))

Overall the hotel is good. However there are some glaring issues that could be easily resolved for such a small hotel.
- the mattress is terrible. incredibly uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on an abused 20 year old hostel mattress. After a week stay, I left the hotel with back pain.
- wifi is quite flakey, dropouts and bad speed
- hot water runs out easily and often. I would imagine hot water is shared, since it can be cold even after not using it for half a day.
If there was only some way to know these issues were fixed, as I would certainly stay there again in the future for long stays. But I wouldn’t risk it
