Good Room and Location, but Facilities Need Improvement
I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be comfortable and the location quite convenient. However, some areas could be improved to enhance the overall experience for guests.
The entrance was sometimes tricky to access and often surrounded by garbage, which made it less welcoming. Additionally, the cleanliness of the basement area was disappointing, both when entering and leaving. This is something that should be addressed to create a better first impression.
While the room was good, I felt the facilities could be more widely available and better maintained to attract more customers. Expanding and improving the amenities would add value to the stay.
Overall, the stay was decent, but with some attention to cleanliness and facility upgrades, this hotel could be a much more appealing choice for travellers.

Great location, the apartment was clean and everything worked. Check in worked really well even though there is no reception. The staff was very approachable and helpful via WhatsApp. Would stay there again.
The only downside. I stayed on the first floor in the room facing the street. At some times of the day I got a lot of smell of frying food into my room.

The room is comfortable and quiet, larger than it looks in the photos, and has a simple kitchen. It is located in a quieter alley in District 1, with a cafe downstairs. When checking in, you need to contact via WhatsApp and someone will take you to the room.
