This was our first time staying at this hotel.
The hotel is centrally located not far from Pham Ngu Lao Walking Street.
The facilities of this hotel are quite cheap relative to the room rate. The rooms are spacious and clean and come with a kitchen for cooking and a washing machine.
The hotel staff are also friendly and helpful.

I don't think that with this price, you can rent a 1n1k room with full amenities in the center of District 1. The room is clean and luxurious although the furniture is a bit old and especially it comes with a very large balcony. The staff is quite nice and the surrounding area is safe because it's all the police agency
The small minus point is that the room light is too dark =))) I was a bit nervous when I first checked in, but there were no problems

Old hotel, didn't up keep the room. Basic local TV channels don't hv. Bedsheets and pillows all old one. As i said never up keep the standard of a hotel requirements.
