I had a very nice and comfortable stay.
The bedding, desk, and chair were all clean.
The shower had plenty of hot water and was very comfortable.
The air conditioner was made in Japan and was quiet, so I slept well.
When I checked in, a male staff member kindly guided me. I was surprised that he had taken off his shoes when he showed me to the room. (Even though he didn't have to take them off.)
When I checked out, a female staff member helped me call Grab.
I arrived at the airport at night and was leaving in the morning, so I thought I just needed to sleep, but the place was better than I expected, and I will definitely use it again when I come to Ho Chi Minh.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the airport. When you leave the international terminal, the domestic terminal is on the right, and if you go further, you will see a crosswalk with a traffic light and you can cross the main road. On the Ibis hotel side. Go under the overpass to cross.
If you're new to Vietnam, I think it's safe to take a taxi.

Great place, close to the airport, taxi took us there in 5 minutes, I wouldn't dare to walk because the traffic is too heavy and the roads are overcrowded. There are several in the courtyards, so taxis don't always take us right to the entrance, sometimes cars park there, blocking the passage. They even checked us in a little earlier than the requested time and offered us a choice of rooms - we stayed on the first floor, because we had a flight home at night and didn't want to drag our suitcases around. The room was nice, clean and even spacious, but there was no special soundproofing. The girls at the reception were very attentive and responsive, they even brought huge scales so that we could weigh our suitcases) I would stay in this place again. I liked it!

It's close to the airport and within walking distance. I arrived at the airport at night so I took a Grab (about ¥300), but after checking out I was able to walk to the airport. The location is not on the street but in a secluded area, but the massage sign is the landmark. The room is comfortable enough for sleeping. The shower had plenty of hot water. I'll use it again when I have a layover.

The room is actually bigger than I thought it would be, seems to be a service apartment including everything like utensils and towels. Very foreigner-friendly as well. Laundry room is also available, location wise it's good if you just stay while waiting for your next flight. Staff is super helpful and enthusiastic. Overall 9/10, might come back again
