Please believe this comment if you see it and think twice if you want to book this hotel! First of all, I also read some reviews before booking this hotel. Some guests mentioned that they asked to change to another hotel with the same group and the same name when checking in. They also mentioned that the air conditioning was not working, and there were generally ants in the hygiene. When I checked in that night, the front desk said that the hotel I booked was another one, not the address provided to me in the trip.com confirmation. They said it was a system problem and changed to another hotel with the same group, which was not far away from another street! But it took me more than half an hour to figure it out! When I got to the hotel and went to the room, I turned on the air conditioner. As soon as I turned it on, I felt that the air conditioner was not right. There was no wind or cold air blowing out. I waited for about ten minutes. I couldn’t stand it and went downstairs to ask the front desk guy to come up and ask to change rooms. But he insisted that the air conditioner was ok and he could wait for 5 more minutes before leaving in a hurry. It was useless. It was already past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I was too tired. I didn't say much and had to endure it. Fortunately, I had my own small fan. With the help of the small fan, I finally felt a little cold until three or four in the morning! When I got up in the morning, I wanted to eat bread, but I found that the bread in the package was full of very small ants! It was speechless! In addition, there was no chair in the room, and there was no drain valve on the washbasin! The worst thing was that I left the room early the next morning, and when I came back at six o'clock, no one cleaned the room. I told the front desk and asked them to help me clean it, so I went out to eat. When I came back at ten o'clock, no one cleaned the room. I was really angry! They just said that the employees had gone off work and no one did it? The front desk only reported it to the manager and said sorry, but did nothing! I could only ask him to get two bottles of water and a large bath towel, and the bath towels used before were not collected! I really think this is very, very bad management. ! Anyway, I will never hire someone on the backlist in the future
