Khách sạn xác nhận đơn đặt 2 ngày của tôi, tuy nhiên khi đến nơi thì nói hết phòng và chuyển toi đến 1 khách sạn khác cùng chuỗi nhưng chất lượng phòng xuống cấp, ẩm thấp và mùi hôi nồng nặc. Họ nói tôi phải ở 2 đêm ở đó. Tuy nhiên khi tôi chỉ đồng ý ở 1 đêm ở đó, sau đó họ thông báo là ngày thứ 2 tôi có thể trở lại khách sạn ban đầu. It is boutiue hotel but their service is top level. From booking until I checked out, all smooth.

酒店位於第一郡，房間狹小（與圖片不符，大廳除外），設施陳舊，綜合服務水平一般。距離濱城市場，胡志明美術館，範五老街約幾百米的距離。周邊有超市，小吃店，交通也方便，早餐應該還不錯。特別提醒注意的是，酒店所有的床品，毛巾浴巾都到了應該更換的程度，非常破舊且黑乎乎的，國內可做抹布使用的那種。但酒店會安排保潔吹毛求疵，在毛巾或浴巾上找所謂的污漬，向客人索要高額賠償金，本人就遭遇了兩次，每次酒店都以有浴巾或毛巾上有污漬洗不掉為由，讓一條賠償120萬越南盾，我強烈表示不滿，指責屬於無理要求，然後我用肥皂當面一洗，酒店稱的所謂污漬乾乾淨淨，酒店無話可説，衹好不了了之，兩次均是如此。提醒朋友們入住時千萬避免踩坑，被套路了。我入住過境外各種酒店，熟悉規矩，況且毛巾浴巾本是讓客人使用的必須品，用後肯定與剛清潔的不一樣，現在的洗滌技術一般污漬都能夠處理，該酒店的行為違背常理讓人反感。
