The room is just so-so. The waiter is rude and disturbs guests when they are sleeping. He knocks on the door at 10 o'clock Vietnam time and asks guests what time they will leave. He can't speak Chinese and doesn't understand English. Such service attitude is terrible!

The property is no longer active but still makes reservations and payments normally. Feedback to trip customer service will be refunded in tripcoins.
When I came to check in, I brought a bunch of stuff and was told that the hotel had changed owners and was no longer in operation. I could only rent another hotel to stay while the schedule was completely arranged and I had such a problem. what a feeling.
It's bad, I don't want to talk about it, it's just like a scam, but until now it's still showing up on trip.com, it seems like I didn't respond properly😔
