Ideal for someone who prefers no frills during the Saigon. More so if one primarily moves around in D7.

When I arrived late at night, the hotel I booked said they had no rooms and took me to an older place nearby. As soon as I entered, cockroaches crawled out of the bathroom, and the hotel was even older than the shabby hotels in India... The place I reserved said it would open in 2023, but I think this was probably bait. It was a waste of money.
