We love the friendly design and bright rooms. Everything is clean and the bed sheets smell freshly washed. Breakfast is basic but has everything you need to start the day, again everything feels hygienic and clean. The furniture and appliances are of good quality (e.g. the shower), wifi is working without problems and the aircon can be well controlled to achieve the temperature needed. It's also considerably quiet. The neighborhood is nice as well, the parallel street has coffee shops, restaurants and a convenience store. Another plus is that you don't have the heavy inner city traffic around. With Grab you can be everywhere within a few minutes.

This is a small hotel locates in a small alley in Binh Thanh district which is quite far from the downtown of HCMC. The staffs are very supportive and kind. The hotel is clean, quiet but its not the 4 stars hotel, just 3 stars one and the price which I paid via Trip is honestly a bit ripped off. Super limited choices for breakfast, no facilities as gym, swimming pool, sauna, etc,... Nothing at all. There is a market for you to get food but you must walk around 700-800m. For me, its not convenient.

This was the second time I went to stay, but on the first day I found that the sheets were torn.
In the next few days, either the towels were not dry or I forgot to mend the foot mats in my parents’ room (twice)
On the last day, because I was going to stay in another hotel, I left the original two rooms for my mother-in-law and my wife’s sister to stay. However, when I checked out, I was told that a small towel was missing.
Of course, from the perspective of the hotel owner, it must be the fault of the guests, but for a hotel that even made mistakes several times when cleaning and replacing towels, I really don’t know how shameless it is to say that we took it away.
If I want to get it, I will go to a high-end hotel instead of a small hotel.
So everyone who comes to stay, remember to check the towels and foot mats every day to avoid being asked by the counter to pay extra when you leave.
