Decent Rooms, Needs Improvement on Food Service The rooms at Le Saigon Hotel were acceptable, providing a reasonably comfortable stay. However, the food service, particularly during breakfast, needs significant improvement. I noticed that the staff were slow to clear tables after guests had finished eating. Used plates and utensils were left unattended, creating a messy and unappetizing dining environment. This was especially noticeable since the breakfast area isn't very large, so the dirty tables quickly became an eyesore. While the food itself was okay, the overall dining experience was marred by the poor service. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Location is good, enough restaurants around, nice walking street, just 5 min drive to the airport. We did not try breakfast as we stayed only for 1 night as we had to catch an early flight next day morning. Unfortunately this hotel is used for esrly/late travellers only. Due to the fact that this hotel is quite small and poorly soundproofed you can hear every noise at any time. Woke up every time other tourists were checking out or in between 11pm and 6am....

The hygiene is OK, the facilities are average, the sheets and quilts are glossy and not close to the body at all, I feel like I don't know where to put the quilt, the shoulders leak air, the breakfast is monotonous and looks unappetizing, the location is a little off

The location was very close to the airport, within walking distance, and the staff was very friendly. It was nice that I could save on transportation costs to the hotel, but the bathroom supplies (shower gel and toilet paper) were not refilled, so I had to ask them. They brought them back right away, so I was able to resolve it quickly. I guess the staff were very busy during the Tet holiday. However, I did not hear any apologies for the inconvenience.

Very good location for those who need to be near the airport or in this area. Perfect deal for this money, because includes very good breakfast. Spacious clean bathroom with clean towels. Recommend it.

Booked a hotel just to sleep in for a 17-hour lay over. The location of Blue Hotel was very close to the airport. So, the ride was faster than waiting for grab ride itself. Btw, water in the fridge is not free. But 20k vnd for 1 bottle is not gonna kill anways. Staff were friendly. They can speak and understand basic english.

The reception staff is very good. The uncle security guard helps carry things all the time. The room is spacious, clean, and has complete facilities. The location is near the airport, less than 10 minutes away. There are restaurants and coffee shops in front of the hotel entrance. Everything is great.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. The building has 5 floors. There is an elevator. In the room there is a kettle, towels, a toothbrush, liquid soap. They gave a small bottle of water. The administrators are responsive, if you have questions they will help. Cafes, a park, shops are located not very far. A taxi to the airport will cost 36,000 dong plus they charge 10,000 for entering the airport territory.

When doing laundry, please be careful to wash white clothes separately. Washing them together in the washing machine will easily cause the colors to mix.
