Ho Chi Minh City District 1 2-star Hotels

Very good stay. Just next to Japan Town... So.. Many good Japanese selections and so many massage, mani, pedi outlets. Rooms were very clean, with most amenities, except slippers and hand/face towel. Bathrooms spotless, and it has a heated toilet seat... How nice. Downstairs u can get Yr coffee, keep things in fridge and even cook simple stuff or heat up foods. This common kitchen is also very clean. Keep up the hygiene, it's a welcome treat after along day exploring...

It was my first time staying at Zenity Apartment, and I was truly impressed! The apartment is new, spotless, and well equipped with modern furniture. Everything was perfectly prepared, just like the photos. The location is super convenient, right in the city center. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The pool and gym are beautiful, giving a relaxing resort like vibe. A wonderful experience overall, I’d definitely love to come back next time!

This was a great hotel with a great view for sunset from the windows. They had a pool table in the reception which we enjoyed too. The only downside is that the bathroom had a smell from the plumbing. The staff were extremely friendly though and I would reccommend this place. They also have a pool on the rooftop which we didn't use but looks like a great place to watch the sunset!

I stayed at this condo for 4 nights and 5 days, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It's clean and the service is good. My mom and kids love this place. It's comfortable. Most importantly, it's clean and the condo owner is kind. Next time I'll come again.

We were supposed to check in at 2 p.m., but we were accommodated at noon. The staff was very polite and provided beer and breakfast. The room was clean and tidy. We stayed in room 803, and the bar on the 9th floor could be a bit noisy at night, but overall it was good. Motorbike rentals nearby are much more expensive than in Nha Trang, costing 200,000 yuan a day and must be returned before 6 p.m.

The hotel turned to be much better than expected. Everything was in proper order: AC, water pressure & temperature. Comfortable pillows, new bed sheets. Huge window facing relatively quiet street (the nightclub in front has good soundproof). Many eateries & bars nearby. Many thanks to the staff for their cooperation.

Very good place, The towel is a bit old, only the shower gel has no soap, and the water is generally prepared by itself. But everything else is fine, the waiters are friendly and polite. Location is also very convenient

Excellent location and great value for money. The guesthouse is situated above a spa of the same name. The room's design is very cozy, and it was spotlessly clean and tidy. The projector was a huge plus and very entertaining. The only minor issue is the lack of an elevator, so carrying luggage up can be a bit of a challenge. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.
