Amazing view to the ocean. Chilling place and good for business and vacation. The hotel gave me so many good gift to enjoy my stays

They accepted our request for a late check-out. They prepared a honeymoon bed decoration for us, and there were also rose petals in the bathtub with a little water. They even set up a small table with some snacks and left us a handwritten note. We were really happy and touched. However, the in-room dining menu wasn’t available in the room. When we asked for the menu to place an order by phone later, they wouldn’t leave it with us. So we had to rush and order the food right away, which was a bit inconvenient.

Although the hotel itself is quite dated, and deco is not so modern, overall stay is present and nice. Breakfast is good and staffs ate friendly. For holiday travellers location counted most, this hotel offers easy and close access to all city center tourist spots.

My sister and I had an unforgettable five-day, four-night stay at Mai House Saigon Hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, with crisp linens, well-maintained amenities, and daily housekeeping that ensured everything remained in pristine condition. The hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment truly stood out. Personally we really loved the bath tub, with lavender bath salt provided. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist. They attended to our needs promptly, whether it ensuring our stay was as seamless as possible. Their attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless charm. From the beautifully designed interiors to the tranquil atmosphere, every aspect of Mai House Saigon Hotel exudes sophistication. The classical music in the lobby added a touch of elegance, making every return to the hotel a delightful experience. Overall, Mai House Saigon Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the famous D. Bui Vien Pedestrian Street and Pham Ngu Lao Street, where there are many authentic restaurants and a carnival-like bar street. There are also casinos and major attractions nearby the hotel, making it ideal for both action and leisure. The hotel is decorated in a stylish style and feels warm and comfortable. There is a Jacuzzi, swimming pool and bar on the rooftop. The room was quiet. Only the bedside lacks electrical sockets and needs improvement. The receptionist is cold but efficient and can communicate in English.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, with a powerful shower and a good selection of toiletries. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Love the afternoon tea and breakfast. Great location. Staff is friendly and welcoming. However, just only 1 chef at the crepe/ waffle station ( afternoon tea) was rude to my friend when she ask for assistance. Also when i ask for just a few pieces of fresh banana for my son’s waffle dish, he refused and forced me swap with banana crepe. Please… it was not a big issue but it is not right, specially, happened in 5 stars hotel. We have a surprised gift, it was great but please bring before we check in/ or need to ask our permission to enter our room. Don’t enter our room if we weren’t there after checking in. Overall, we love the hotel vibe and location.

I deducted a star for cleanliness cause for 2 consecutive nights around midnight, seems like it's somewhat centralised aircon/toilet air duct where it will blow cigarette air from my lovely neighbour who wishes me to pass on earlier than them. I assumed they may be smoking in the toilet, and somehow the smoke detector did not go off. Please help to improve on the smoke detector to detect such inconsiderate rubbish people. Otherwise, customer service, facilities, cleanliness are all there. It's a pretty good location with ~10 minutes walk to vincom center etc.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the city. Everything feels fresh and pleasant, creating a wonderful atmosphere. However, the location is not the most convenient, as you always need to rely on taxis to get around. Additionally, due to the popularity of the tower, the lobby is always crowded with people coming for the bar or to take photos, which raises some concerns about security.

It's was a great experience to stay in such a hotel. The hotel is unique in every aspect, and the outside is amazing, loaded with well manicured gardens.
