All three staff members checking in at the counter couldn't even speak simple English. If they couldn't even understand words written down, how could they possibly do their job at the counter? There were a lot of problems.
Most of the staff members guiding and serving in the breakfast restaurant were friendly, but the male staff member wearing glasses standing at the entrance on Sunday morning, April 27th, stood stiffly, didn't say hello, and didn't do anything.
I think it would be better for the hotel to assign this person to a different job. Please make sure to improve this.

The hotel is old, but the location is great! I called the front desk to ask about the time from the bus terminal to Hiroshima Airport, but they asked me to look it up on my mobile phone. I was honestly surprised by this. I wish they had a timetable for the bus terminal next door.
