The hotel is located beside the Hiroshima station. It is clean and have everything you need for a restful stay. Very good staff and helpful. I definitely will stay here if I am in Hiroshima .

Ken ouichi was responsive in following up my lost-and-found necklace which I have misplaced in my hotel room. I was not hopeful to get it back but to my surprise, I got a note from Ken who notified me that they found it. Needless to say, I was overjoyed to have it back. Thank you, Ken!

Very nice hotel. The rooms were a bit small, but quite standard for Japan. The breakfast was in the nearby coffee from a fixed menu.

I booked breakfast and they only open at 0630 am . Had to catch my flight so could not make breakfast . They promised a refund but it never came

The location is convenient, about 3 minutes away from Hiroshima Station. It's not too crowded for two people to stay. The double bed was bigger than expected. The room is as shown in the picture, and the bathroom facilities are new and clean. There is a bathing area on the tenth floor. Automatic luggage storage is very convenient.

The hotel is close to Hiroshima Station, and it is very convenient to travel. The room is OK for 2 people. Toothbrushes, coffee, and tea bags are available by the elevator in the lobby. Combs and razors need to be paid for. The included breakfast is a set meal provided by the coffee shop next to it.

The location is very good. The room is not too big or too small. The hygiene is good. There is a large bath on the top floor for relaxing. The price/performance ratio is very good. The only drawback is that you can’t visit Hiroshima for too long.

It's very close to the station, so it's very convenient. The rooms are clean. I had breakfast at Komeda Coffee in the morning. I had originally planned to stay two nights, but due to the typhoon, I only stayed one night. I'd like to stay here again the next time I go to Hiroshima.
