Fantastic location, hotel was new and lovely decor. Our room was very small, but had very big bath, some shelves had some dust.
Staff friendly and has a great little coffee shop in the lobby.

We wanted to reserve a room for our family of four (including high school and university students), so we made the reservation early as it was during summer vacation. We were also relieved to know that we could cancel up to three days before. We were a little worried about what kind of hotel a shared hotel would be, but there was a bath and toilet in the room, and there were plenty of amenities, so we had no problems. It was also very stylish and clean.
It was a loft type, and each person had their own bed or futon, so we had plenty of space to sleep.

We had a room with a loft for 3 people including a child. The bed was large and comfortable, and the children seemed to enjoy it.
In the bath, the dressing room is the toilet, and there is no place to change clothes.
It's beautiful and fashionable, and the staff is friendly and gave me a detailed explanation of the delicious okonomiyaki restaurant. (If you are traveling with children, this may be better for ○○ reasons, etc.)
