The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The rooms are well decorated and sanitary. There is a separate shower room with dry and wet separation. You don't have to step over the bathtub to take a shower, which is very good. The room view is good and the hotel services are OK. The only drawback is that only 2 bottles of mineral water can be provided in one room, which is a bit stretched. The supplies in each room are sufficient, and the hotel public facilities are sufficient. I am quite satisfied

This hotel is centrally located and not too far from Hiroshima Station. However, personally I find the room design can be better. However, we do enjoy the breakfast even though the spread is not too much. However, I can see that they serve the foods with hearts and customer service is good too. Just the room, can still improve. Please look into it.

Unfortunately we had a very uncomfortable stay compared with our stay in Aomori in this hotel chain. In-spite of requesting non smoking we were put in a smoking room that absolutely stunk and there’s even cigarette burns on the curtains!
The staff did kindly offer to move us however the only room they could change us into was a twin and I just didn’t want to sleep in a separate bed from my life partner; yet again on this 4 week trip in a country where hotel rooms with double beds have been very hard to find.
We chose to stay because it was only for 2 nights and used the air freshener regularly took antihistamines to stop our eyes watering.

Hotel looks new. We booked a queen bed room and the room size is not too small. The bathroom is big and spacious, good for a great soak. A pity that this hotel doesn't privide bath salt. Location: opposite hiroshima shinkansen station, about 6 mins walk, with linkway and elevator. We have to.take public transport to various points of interest.

The hotel is located on the left side of the overpass at the north exit of Hiroshima Station, a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The airport bus, city bus and highway bus are all at the north exit, so transportation is extremely convenient. There is a 711 downstairs and a Lawson opposite, so it is also convenient for shopping.
