The hotel is amazing. They were so friendly, nice and helpful. They made reservations at restaurant that did not have online reservation system on the phone, since we cannot speak japanese. They also helped with everything: e.g. you can buy the cable car day and more days passes there.

Very spacious room and bigger than usual Japanese hotels, good size for couple and 2 medium luggage. Close to city centre of Hiroshima

まず、電話で喫煙所の近くが出来ればお願いしたところ
喫煙所の近くにして頂きました。
清掃は、綺麗にしてあり間習わなければと思いました。
ホテルの駐車場がいっぱいで提携先を案内されたが
出し入れ出来ないので浦の方で安い所を探しました
朝食が値段からすると最悪でその中でも品切れも有り
品数が少なく品切れで朝食付きは、予約失敗です
フロント電話対応と室内のお掃除が良かっただけに
残念でした。
