The room should have been renovated. The bathroom facilities are new and fashionable. The sliding door of the shower room is of a high quality. The hygiene is OK. The room has WIFI and is close to the market, which is very convenient. The room price is cheap and I am very satisfied with my stay.

Room had strong odor from cleaning product used so opened window and kept very old air conditioner on to air out. Came back several hours later and thankfully most of the odor had aired out. Woke up with very sore back from poor mattress. would not recommend. Wifi is unsecure as well. Rooms are very dated.

Tratta di motel collocato al di fuori del Parco nazionale di Jasper e quindi un po’ meno costoso. Le parti comuni sono un po’ vecchiotte, mentre le stanze, molto ampie, sono state ristrutturate. La pulizia è buona ed il personale è cordiale e molto onesto in quanto per una incomprensione nella prenotazione non hanno esitato ad effettuare il rimborso di quanto addebitato in eccesso. Ottima soluzione in particolare se sei di passaggio in visita al parco.

Such a disappointment. Sheets are stained, grossest ever. Can never recommend this to anyone. Such waste of money, farther from everything. Jasper is about an hr drive, Maligne lake is close to 2hrs. At $200/night, its a ripoff

This was a very expensive stay on Hinton for what it was. The hotel was in bad shape, very dirty. They didn’t supply the room with enough towels for four adults. The staff were subpar at most. And the worst was we were not allowed in the restaurant at any time because we had our 15 year old with us. What kind of place doesn’t allow minors in for breakfast or dinner when there’s nothing else nearby? You should really fix that if you want better reviews. Not to mention the people partying all night in the parking lot and leaving partially full beer cans on top of my vehicle.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Great location. Very nice and spacious room. It had all the necessary amenities. Manisha and Khusboo at the reception were very friendly. Very good service by Michelle and Rachel at the restaurant. We had good breakfast all 3 days at the hotel's restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
