A refaire!!. Prendre la douche assis sur les toilettes peut avoir son charme. Mais j'ai dépassé l'age!! Pas de service de chambre. Un pdj uniquement salé avec café. Pas de thé. La réception est au 1er etage raide ss ascenseur

1. Sea view rooms is a LIE. The only view is of construction site and backside of some restaurant and trees. Dirty broken glass colored with rot on the balcony.
2. Water FLOODS in the shower, upon complaining they just said it’s okay, and didn’t offer to change the room.
3. I have ankle sprain and my husband had a headache, but they refused to provide DRINKING water despite me requesting several times even offering to pay. Finally after my husband also requested they brought 1 bottle with a receipt, that was the only nice thing so far.
4. No elevator, no possibility to roll suitcase from parking because the ground is not concrete. We had to spend 30 mins cleaning our car because of all the dust that had settled just in a few hours.
5. Screeching sounds from construction upstairs and loud music from bar next door made it impossible to SLEEP. Room is NOT SOUNDPROOFED at all.
6. Bar and restaurant in the hotel is a LIE. No possibility of ordering food or drinks to room.
7. Towel, mattress of very poor quality. No duvet in the bed. Just 1 thin bedsheet. Both me and husband could not sleep from the cold.
8. Lastly BREAKFAST is an insult. Cold sausage, cold egg, stale bread in a dusty room near a construction site , NO COFFEE OR JUICE OR TEA OR WATER. Only good part was some baked rolls that were tasty.
There isn’t even a reception, nobody to call to help when we could not open the balcony door. so I’m not sure this place can be called a hotel It’s just a disgusting looking room r

My experience was rather mediocre: when we arrived we couldn't find the hotel straight away because the name was on a small sign that was not visible from the street. The reception is a small house in front of the building that was not manned. After about 5 minutes someone came to show us the room and wanted to pay for the room again, even though it had already been paid for (it can happen that you overlook something, but that's no excuse). Breakfast is served in a bar opposite, and we had to ask other guests for directions, otherwise we wouldn't have found it and there was no one there to ask. The breakfast itself wasn't exactly sumptuous either. All in all, there are definitely better hotels with breakfast for the same price.

This hotel was very disappointing. If it had been marketed as a hostel I would have had better expectations, but for the price I expected much more. The room was so basic it didn’t even have a bin, it was tiny and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. The toilets cistern leaked, the drains hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, it was quite noisy (you could hear conversations between other residents), the breakfast was meagre, and while there was free laundry service which was actually a big perk, no items were folded so they couldn’t actually be worn without getting them ironed. The man on reception was very helpful but he wasn’t always around and it wasn’t too easy to understand where to check in. It’s also frustrating that there is a 3 night minimum here - we ended up leaving a night early as we hadn’t wanted to stay that long anyway and we found a nicer (and cheaper!) place to stay in another part of Albania.
The positives about this property are that it is extremely close to the beach, comes with parking (although we noticed a few times that the car was blocked in as the car park was over full) and Himare in general is lovely.
Overall, if you have low expectations and just need a place to stay this will suit you - but it is still overpriced.
