The room I booked felt quite dated, which was surprising as the listing mentioned a renovation in 2024. It seems the updates may have only applied to certain room types—something that wasn’t clearly stated at the time of booking. The location itself wasn’t the most convenient, so we were hoping the room would at least be comfortable. While we didn’t raise the issue since it was just a one-night stay, it was a bit disappointing upon check-in. Clearer information about the differences between room types would help set better expectations for future guests.

The hotel has both indoor and outdoor onsen. Free drinks and snacks at the lobby. We had a good walk around the hotel to a fishing deck nice experience

榻榻米房間很大，靠窗有一組沙發可以坐着欣賞海景，酒店的温泉很舒服，室外温泉就在海邊，可以看着海上的明月泡温泉，非常棒，就是酒店有點老了，樓層裏地毯很臟很舊，幸好室內是榻榻米不是地毯，總之衝著海邊温泉也要給好評了。另外，交通不是太方便，從別府車站打個車過去3000日幣左右，還行，酒店最近的地鐵站要穿過一個小村子，晚上有，有點嚇人的^_^🤣
