I was very satisfied with my stay. The service of the lady at the front desk was excellent, enthusiastic and patient. She helped to solve any problems as soon as possible and gave me a souvenir before leaving, which was very heartwarming. The aunt who cleaned my room was also very good. Because I arrived early and the cleaning was not finished, she specially gave me two extra bottles of water. She kept apologizing politely and was very cute 😊; the room I booked was a king-size bed room, which was really bigger than expected. Two children could roll around without worrying about falling off the bed

The front desk service was very good. The young lady who checked in for me was beautiful and gentle. There was a fragrant fragrance in the lobby. The first time I came to Yishang in Hezhou, it was as good as ever. It seems that the hotel is still the first choice for the chain. Breakfast is quite good. It suits my taste, there are all kinds, what you need. Call the front desk and you will be able to send it up soon, very good. The room is also very clean and hygienic. This hotel is very good indeed. The room is extraordinarily large and well presented in wooden finish. It is exceptionally clean with a large bathroom that offers everything I could require. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Often, I would find that they had anticipated a question or need. The breakfast is very basic and functional with fried noodles, boiled eggs, Baozi (steamed buns) and Zhou (rice porridge), plus tea. Personally, I liked it a lot but I could imagine many travelers finding it too basic for their taste. I love staying here and do so whenever in Hezhou.
