很貼心的酒店，去賀州的時候沒想到會很冷，酒店的薑茶和熱帖幫了我很大的忙。
服務也是很讚的，早早有工作人員在外面協助我們停車。

這次入住體驗非常滿意！首先，酒店工作人員的服務態度非常熱情，從前台到客房服務，每個人都面帶微笑，耐心解答問題，入住和退房手續也辦理得很快。早餐種類豐富，自助式早餐，味道也很棒，還有新鮮的水果，在一樓還有現磨的咖啡，水果茶，花茶等，讓人一天都充滿活力。酒店還提供免費的清洗車外觀的服務，非常貼心，取車時車子乾淨如新，省去了不少麻煩。此外，酒店周邊環境很好，酒店後邊就有一個美麗的公園，早上或傍晚去散步非常愜意。總之，這次入住體驗非常愉快，強烈推薦！

這次入住希望酒店，真的是讓我非常驚喜！尤其是酒店的服務態度，簡直可以用“無可挑剔”來形容，讓我感受到了久違的温暖和貼心。首先提供免費接站服務，到站之後有專車送到酒店簡直不要太貼心。到了酒店我就被前台工作人員的熱情所感染，他們不僅辦理入住手續迅速高效，還主動詢問我的需求，幫忙拿行李送我到房間，讓我瞬間感受到了家的温暖。
入住期間，酒店的每一位員工都很熱情友好，無論是服務員、清潔阿姨，還是餐廳的工作人員，他們都會主動向我問好，讓我感覺到了一種被尊重和關懷的氛圍。最關鍵的是酒店的早餐是手工製作的，這讓我非常驚喜，特別好吃看得出酒店的用心。酒店的設施也很齊全，洗衣房配有烘乾設備，還有健身房，各種生活用品應有盡有而且都有工作人員送到房間。總之，希望酒店真的很棒，下次還會再來！！！
