I have stayed here many times this year, why do you give me a bad review for the service? The temperature was 27° on the day of check-in, and I found that the air conditioner was not cool enough. I called the front desk and they said that the temperature was not suitable to turn on the air conditioner. They said that other guests said it was cold at night, so they asked me to get a fan? They also said that they had central air conditioning. I thought to myself that I paid hundreds of dollars to stay in a five-star hotel, but you didn’t even turn on the air conditioner. You asked me to get a fan. Don’t you think it’s a bit funny? They even argued with me before turning on the central air conditioner. This is the front desk service 👍🏻, and then don’t reply to me with the official unified rhetoric, okay?

The location is perfect, and the hotel is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Jianji Shopping Center, and 20 minutes to take a taxi or drive to Wanlv Lake Scenic Area. The room is very clean and comfortable, more spacious than expected, the pure white bedding is clean and shiny, and the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry. I especially like the sofa area by the window. It is very relaxing to watch the city night view on the high floor at night. The bedside socket comes with a three-port charger, which is very friendly to people whose mobile phones often run out of power. The service is real, full marks, and several details are impressive: ✔️ The front desk is efficient and actively reminds of the free parking policy ✔️ Fresh fruit plate, milk and cookies delivered at check-in ✔️ 4 bottles of Nongfu Spring (Changbaixue) and fruit plate milk are replenished every day ✔️ The cleaning lady cleans very carefully, and the room is really clean Overall, the top hotel in Heyuan with full cost performance, I will stay here next time I come to Heyuan!
