酒店位置優越，所處環境在河源市屬於較新較好的區域，服務態度良好，難得是這種傳統酒店瓶裝水實現用水自由，走廊各處都都擺放瓶裝水，值得一大稱讚。

這家酒店讓我深刻體會到了什麼是賓至如歸！我們自駕到河源就病了，住酒店在一週多的時間裏從步入酒店就得到小黃的關心幫助，生病期間噓寒問暖各種關照非常暖心，我出院那天正好趕上生日小黃又特意給我準備了鮮花，太感動了；在此期間十層的服務員每天打掃房間都會熱情問候關心送水送水果的；餐廳的服務員也都知道我身體不好推薦合適的飯菜；特別的每次在大堂碰上打掃衞生的阿姨都會特別的關心和問候，幫助拿東西；可以説酒店的每一個工作人員都是很熱情很樸實善良有愛心，讓我對河源這個城市留下深刻的印象，希望有機會再次來河源來到翔豐國際酒店！謝謝你們！謝謝大堂的經理小黃美女，謝謝10樓的阿姨謝謝大堂的阿姨，謝謝你們所有給予我們幫助和關心的朋友！餐廳巨好吃。
