The first time I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Heyuan Resort, I had a good experience! I was particularly impressed by the concierge manager Li Youquan. When he learned that my wife had a leg injury, he immediately helped arrange parking and moving luggage, introduced the room type according to our requirements, and then personally drove a battery car to introduce us to the various attractions of the hotel; in addition, the service of the girl at the front desk was very attentive and warm. Let us have a wonderful stay experience. As a Marriott member, I give a big thumbs up for their thoughtful service 👍🏻

there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

The hotel is located in the center of Heyuan City, at the intersection of Xinfeng River and Dongjiang River. The hotel upgraded the river view room for free. The river view room overlooks the river, with a wide and comfortable view, but it is facing the bridge, so there will be a little noise. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Wanlv Lake.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The hotel I chose for this trip is really great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the meticulous service. The front desk staff was especially considerate, always with a warm smile on their faces. They patiently answered every question I had when checking in, and took the initiative to provide some practical tips for staying in, which made me feel warm. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and warm. But what impressed me most was the consistent high-quality service, and every detail was handled just right. I sincerely recommend it to everyone, it is absolutely worth staying here! I must give it a five-star rating!

Quite good, that is, there is too little food around, and there is nothing worth eating when you are hungry at night. Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

Originally booked the annex building, but the front desk lady said that it was very noisy near the KTV and then helped me upgrade to the river view room for free. This service is not too good. I went in and saw that the room was very clean. I liked this view. I can see the cultural square opposite. It is really good. I really recommend this. Hotel, I will definitely come back to this next time in Heyuan.

It feels very comfortable when entering, the lobby is very grand, it is worthy of being a four-star hotel, parking is convenient, and there is a restaurant on the second floor which is convenient for eating! There is no need to go out. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. It is close to the river and you can take a walk at night. It is quite comfortable and highly recommended👍
