- dusty room, it is obvious that the room haven't scheduled for deep cleaning, dust in the ventilation, air con. vent, corner of the room, the gap of the furniture and the carpet - DND light not working, there is no action or respond for repairing after noticing the receptionist, however the staff offered to make a note to their team to not enter my room without my permission.

We stayed for a single night at a location renowned for its excellence. The front desk service was truly exceptional, promptly addressing an issue with the door lock by efficiently arranging for us to switch to an alternate room. While the breakfast offerings were modest in variety, they were of high quality and pleasing to the taste.

Pleasant and fuss free, all the service staff are very very well well trained and service orientated . Always smiling and greeting customers. I have been staying this hotel for a couple of times. It’s always been a great experience. Hotel location is opposite a mall, makes it really convenient to get groceries and shopping and food. Highly recommended! 👏👏👏

Service good. Did not play the facility and did not eat in their restaurant . Traffic is convenient and quite enjoy the smiling faces and polite by the staffs. Sure will visit again.
