前台那個男的服務態度極差，氣死我了，上午辦理的入住就出去了，下午回去的時候被一個男前台叫住，一通審問，我説我已經辦理了入住有房卡，他語氣冰冷的審問，報一下你的房間號，我報完之後還讓我報身份證號後四位，無語😓住酒店從來沒遇到這種奇葩事，也不知道這個酒店怎麼管理的。還有酒店的毛巾很破舊。

衞生環境是挺好的，之前跟朋友過來玩都是住這裏，每次都會訂帶麻將的房，但這兩次14樓的麻將機都是壞的，每次都要乾等師傅過來修理，一等又是1個多小時了，覺得挺無趣的，師傅還是外面叫過來的，哎，就不能買過新的嗎？這樣下去，下去真的不會再過來了，希望領導們能看到此評論…都不是第一次説了，改進一下吧！
