自然環境比較好，名宿打掃得算乾淨，晚上陽台有多個家庭聚非常吵鬧影響休息，所以需要換房，但是前台沒有人值夜班，衹能電話給前台，然後讓我們找保安大叔幫忙，幸苦大叔拿房卡跑來跑去，最後還開錯了一個有房客的房間，如果有什麼需要但沒有前台輪流值夜班是會非常不便的，這方面需要加強的！

環境一流超出預期，很適合親子遊玩，有水上樂園夏天估計更好玩。但是有兩個問題希望能改進
1.木屋挨着湖邊但是玻璃窗可以開得很大卻沒有防護，孩子小不懂事要是不小心很容易掉湖裡
2.廁所的窗沒有窗簾，光線影響睡眠，對光線敏感的人一個晚上睡着難受，如果能安裝個遮光會好很多
