Afgelopen week zijn wij met 8 vriendinnen een weekje op vakantie geweest naar Kreta. We hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad in het hotel met super lief en zorgzaam personeel!! Hadden niet beter kunnen wensen. Ik had van te voren niet doorgegeven dat ik lactose- en glutenvrij ontbijt maar dat was bij aankomst geen probleem. Volgende dag een super ontbijt gehad met glutenvrij brood :). Van alles was mogelijk en alles kon geregeld worden.

First and foremost, the staff at Casa Bianca (Koutoulafari, Crete) are warm, friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to be around! Stolis, an absolute gentleman who could not do enough for us (still trying to sell your car to Georgia lol ;-). Georgia for her banter and service, she always put a smile on our faces first thing at breakfast time. Katerina for her joyful smiles and most excellent table service (no crisps today lol). Vangelis, master of the bar, cocktails outstanding, (have already ordered the ingredients for the spicy kiki lol) oh, and made my first night a memorable one, say no more lol ;-). The food from the chefs in the kitchen was delicious and the wonderful housekeepers who kept everything spotless, Casa Bianca is an absolute credit to all who work there. Just returned from casa Bianca hotel which was an excellent hotel. Rooms catered for own needs especially aircon. Staff were very good supplying excellent service, welcoming, happy and ensuring you were having a great holiday, nothing was too much trouble. Shout outs to Vangelis, Aposolis, Georgia, Katerina, all the catering team and the cleaners all who worked very hard indeed. We met so many nice people too. Lots of restaurants to visit as well. Just returned from our first visit to Casa Bianca and I’m now able to join the hundreds of people who have given this hotel an excellent review. Everything positive that has been previously said is absolutely true. The hotel is small, friendly, adults only & in a perfect location for exploring the village & neighbouring villages of Piskopiano & Old Hersonnisos, in which there is such a wide choice of lovely restaurants, we ate out every night and every meal we had was really great, I doubt there is a restaurant where you wouldn’t get a good meal. What really makes Casa Bianca so special is the efforts of all the staff who make sure you have a memorable stay, the level of care & customer service is exemplary and the hotel is spotlessly clean, what is also great is chatting to other guests, many of whom have visited previously & who are able to offer helpful tips & advice re places & restaurants to visit. Thank you so much to all at Casa Bianca for making our holiday extra special x

Staff was wonderful and friendly, esp the evening staff. Breakfast was delicious. Room was simple/modern. The AC was in the sitting area so did not reach the bedroom well so we had to adjust to the warmth. Surrounding town is wonderful with great restaurants and shops.
