Bellino Apartments "Adults Only"

Location: The accommodation is conveniently located near Hersonisos city center and the picturesque village of Koutouloufari, offering easy access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful environment.

I booked this accommodation with *******, and it was supposedly 3* with 2 bars serving food and drinks, and a lively, friendly atmosphere. What I got was a rundown place, with nothing open, and just a dirty room. It looked like it was being shut down, and they were just taking the money from people like me, who booked with a supposedly reputable booking agent, in good faith. There was even a notice in the room stating it was a 1* accommodation! The rooms were dirty and never cleaned at all, and had a pervading smell of drains, and an open drain hole in the bathroom. The bin in the bathroom was only emptied every 3 days, and in Greece you have to put your used toilet paper in there, so you can just imagine. And this was the height of the summer season, in August. There were no staff around apart from an old couple, who told me they were ill, and not interested. This was the worst holiday I ever had, and I paid the going rate for what I thought was going to be lovely. I have informed ******* and was given a very small compensation, which I have to spend with them! I will be extremely careful in future. I can only hope they take the Bellino apartments off their website, so no one else is as disappointed as I was.

Visited belino apartments in August 2022. We left with the best impressions: Family and children friendly, even with a shallow pool for younger children, with fully equipped (including a small cooking station) and clean rooms. But the apartments' asset are its people, Soula and Yannis. Warm and kind people that care for their visitors and will do their best to assist you with anything. They really make you feel at home. On the plus side also, the apartments are located within walking distance from both hersonisos' s city centre and the picturesque village of Koutouloufari.
