Mitsis Selection Laguna

All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel holds a very special place in our hearts. We had the privilege of visiting Mitsis Laguna again this year with my brothers and their families, including cousins and friends. We have made so many beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. The hotel is family friendly and so welcoming. The hospitality received was something we will never forget and the reason why we return. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you and your family have the most enjoyable and amazing time. They remember your name and nothing is ever too much. If you have a query or require something they will see to it immediately. We have two teenage children who always ask to go back to Mitsis Laguna - they love the food, the staff, the pools, the safety, the Thursday Party and Full Moon party. This year, our son took part in the Real Madrid football training session which he absolutely loved and gained so much from the coaches as well as meeting other children his own age. The rooms were big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Drinks in the bar were replenished everyday. The rooms were cleaned everyday unless requested not to and that includes clean towels. The pools were checked and cleaned everyday too. The staff walked around to ask if we required anything from the bar during the daytime around the pools. The security in the morning were very friendly and spoke to all guests. The sea opposite the hotel was for the use of hotel guests. This was very rocky, however, if you walked further to the left, past the adult only section or past the family section there were areas where it was more suitable for younger children. There was music played around the main pool area, aqua aerobics at 12pm, including other activities such as darts, volleyball, yoga. On Sunday they provided a BBQ and traditional Cretan show. The hotel also includes a few shops, jewellery, clothing, beach wear, hats, bags, a spa, a fab gym indoors and outdoors, an arcade. There is a sushi bar and many restaurants which includes; Cretan, Italian, Fish, Pan Asian and a Pop-Up Grill which served delicious steak, antikristo lamb and chicken. The Cretan was lovely and having Cretan roots and eating homemade courgette burgers - these were divine. Everything we tried, the wine, the service was amazing. I must mention the Creperie/Ice Cream parlour was a hit with the little ones and let’s not forget the big kids! We are so grateful to everyone at Mitsis Laguna for welcoming us again with open arms - you are so kind, hospitable and for us it felt like family. There are so many names we would like to mention and thank - these are just a few, as all were so so friendly, helpful, always smiling and greeting us: at the bar - Andreas, Aris, Thanassis, - Katerina, Kostas, Lefteris, Jonathan, Penelope, the porters. All staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable and unforgettable experience. Thank you so much with all our heart for helping
