The food was very disgusting and disappointing. Raw smells in the kitchen and the food was also raw and prepared as a massa and in a rush so they don’t deliver the expected service

Dégouté de cette hôtel qui te fai rêver sur internet c pas la même en vrai personne de accueil et du restaurant très désagréable toujour pareille à manger une cantine en exclusif un ver d'eau avec de la grenadine payent du jamais vue les chambre son nettoyer que en surface pas de animations je vous recommande pas on vous dit chambre vue sur mer c pas vrai

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the beach. Clean and with just the right amount of facilities so you do not feel bad about going out and not sticking to the all inclusive. The quality and selection of the food in the restaurant is really good. We are Adults and children and we are all impressed. The staff in the restaurant are the best. Ava by far made our holiday with her beautiful happy smile, excellent service and so friendly. Ava is a real asset to the hotel. Our only disappointment was a less than friendly reception when we arrived to check in about 1am. The man was really unfriendly and not at all helpful. Also the barman at the childrens pool was not the greatest. Overall a good place to stay

This is a very large hotel situated on many levels (some which do not have elevator access), and seems to be geared mostly to families. The pools and outdoor areas are lovely, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very good. The all-inclusive option has limitations on alcoholic drinks, which was not a problem for us. Rooms were very comfortable with small balconies, and faced the water. Noise was an issue from the hallways. There's a public bus stop just outside of the resort entrance to get to Hersonisos, the airport, and the larger city of Heraklion.

The service staff is quite rude and strict in putting guest in their place. Also, the four star rating is misleading, as the food, drinks and rooms is two-star standard. On a more positive note, the cleaning staff is nice and does a good job in cleaning our room.

Hôtel super, le personnel est très réactif et à l'écoute du client..très bien situé pour visiter l'est de la Crête..au restaurant qui est très varié Eva est une jolie personne très sympathique aimable et serviable et qui parle très bien le Français
