Infinity Blue Boutique Hotel & Spa

We was asked for a deposit of €100 on arrival at the hotel for any damages and it would be refunded within 30 days of checkout . Well at 62 years of age and our wild party days long behind us we’ve still not received our deposit back !!! We have been in touch with jet 2 and will see what the outcome is . Judging by other reviews about the same thing happening to them it looks like it could be a lucrative side line for the business . Unfortunately for the hotel and jet 2 this is not going to do their publicity campaign any favours . So if you are prepared to give away money on arrival knowing that you probably won’t get it back fill ya boots

Amazing massage with therapist Hara! She gave a full body massage and always asked if the pressure was okay, she was very calm with the pressure and made sure I was relaxed. I definitely came out of the massage feeling more relaxed. I would definitely recommend Hara when you have a massage here at Infinity Blue! 5 stars ⭐️ thank you so much!

I booked this hotel through jet2 package holidays! It was my first time staying in Greece. I stayed for a week! Pros: • The hotel staff are lovely, that is everybody from the house keepers to the kitchen and wait staff to the people at the front desk. Always smiling and polite. The lady who checked me in was super friendly and I liked that they actually took you to your room when you first check in that is a nice touch. Also just want to give a shout out to Julia the guest relations manager, such a lovely lady and very helpful when booking my excursion to Santorini. • I stayed half board during my stay and honestly the selection of food was wonderful and I liked that they provided traditional Greek food which was great to try. Dining area was clean and spacious and everything was great. • Location is fantastic, you are literally a stone throw away from the beach and if you take a few minutes walk in the opposite direction you have no end of bars, restaurants and shops. Also ideal for booking excursions as the pick up/drop off points are all in close proximity. • I stayed in a standard double room, the bathroom was nice and big, everything was nice and clean and the balcony was a great size. • I really admire the check in system, I think it’s very modern and forward thinking that everything is done through an app, the lady at the desk was so helpful and after a detailed explained it was a breeze. And I liked that I could check the app to find out things about the hotel and receive updates. Cons: • My tea and coffee making facilities were underneath my tv which I think could pose quite a hazard. Also the kettle was not safe! You could not even touch it after it boiled, whatever the insulation was I had to use a towel to pick the kettle up! Also I would have liked a duvet just as an option. And the bath towels were not big enough, they were just medium size hand towels. • As I mentioned in the beginning, I booked this holiday through Jet2, four months after my booking they informed me that there was a €100 refundable breakage deposit. If I’m being honest, had I known about this before I booked I probably would not have booked this hotel. In fairness, I will say after checking out not long after the pending deposit was back in my account. • Personally it would have been nice to have slippers and a robe in my room just in case I wanted to use the spa facilities and also because for a 4 star hotel I would expect that. • When booking my excursion through the hotel I found it a bit awkward that they would only accept cash in regards to excursions as this meant I had to go to a ATM and withdraw money which ended with me paying £5 currency charge rate. I don’t know if I would stay here again if I’m being honest although overall my experience was good and as I mentioned in the pros there are a lot of great things about this hotel. The hotel was very clean and the personal was very kind and professional. The pool area was clean and nice. We will come back! We also booked a massage package. My masseur pavlos was very professional and did a great job. Felt amazing afterwards. Price were also fine and the athmosphare during the massage was very relaxing. Would recommend!
