Hotel’s staff are really friendly and helpful. Hotel is quite new, and worth the price we paid. Location is a short drive from town, and there are some nearby eateries.
Breakfast spread is good and the roof terrace has a good view. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. But it can do with a luggage stand.

It was an amazing stay, the people made my week at the hotel one of the best moments of my long trip this summer. All the staff were very friendly, familiar and attentive to my needs.
A shout out to Maria, Giorgia and Loukas: some of the best staff I have ever met.

One week Half-Board stay, food pleasant, drinks somewhat lacking (don't ask the bartender to show you his own creations). Old town is very close by and has a good selection of restaurants and basic amenities. Pool ice cold (maybe good or bad) Shower leaked all over floor but otherwise room great and cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff all charming and happy to help

des murs de béton au milieu de chantiers de construction, une prison sans barreaux loin d'Hérakion, un buffet passable sans plus au petit déjeuner comme au dîner, en panne d'eau et d'elecricité le matin du départ, tout pour plaire dans cet établissement sans vue mer et loin de la plage, vendu 4 étoiles par Voyage Privé mais qui en mérite 2 tout au plus, voyagiste comme établissment à déconseiller formellement

Os recepcionistas e o staff do restaurante, tanto do pequeno almoço como do jantar, foram sempre muito amáveis e prestáveis. A limpeza do quarto foi sempre muito fraca, nem o chão nem o pó dos móveis foi limpo em condições, havendo sempre pó e areia. A cama não era feita, apenas puxavam os lençóis de cima, os debaixo nem eram esticados. Mas mudaram as toalhas e os lençóis uma vez. Não gostei da comida tanto do pequeno almoço como do jantar. Não variavam (fiquei lá 8 dias, 7 noites), era sempre a mesma coisa. Todos os dias a comida estava sempre muito seca e fria. As pernas de frango muito secas, as costoletas esturricadas e secas, o peixe igual, a pasta sempre fria, regra geral a comida para mim foi sempre muito má. Houve um dia ou 2 que nem havia manteiga ao pequeno almoço. De resto, foi tranquilo.

Recently stayed there with my sister. Enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The manager Maria was very accomodating. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Old Hersonissos where there were same amazing tavernas. The dinner buffet was varied and tasty. We enjoyed the Greek dishes included in the menu.

We have just spent a wonderful week in this gem of a hotel. Such wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Thank you Maria, Loukas, Raphael and colleagues for making our stay so memorable. The rooms are decorated beautifully and extremely clean. The food was delicious and authentic. Fresh fruits and salads too daily. The local village is a very short walk away and again full of lovely welcoming people. We hired a car through the hotel and again had excellent service. The company are called Panavia Trust and picked us up and returned us to our hotel then came back and ran us to the airport! Fantastic service. Thank you again and we hope to return soon.

Everything had started well, welcoming staff, very nice room with swimming pool. But during the stay we realized that the swimming pool is never cleaned, the room, shower, toilet either, there is only the bed made every day as well as a jet of water on the terrace ... Then we lost 100 € in the morning, we do not accuse anyone and start to be suspicious. Suspecting the cleaning lady of having stolen from us, we both checked to be sure of the money we had left. Two days later we went to have breakfast and when we returned to the room we checked in our bag which was in the cupboard and again there was still 100 € missing. In the space of 20 minutes, the time of breakfast we were robbed. So we went to reception to report the thefts and ask them to use video surveillance, cameras. They didn't want to, and said they trusted the person who was cleaning... We didn't have time to go to the police because we were leaving the same day. What's the point of having cameras if you refuse to use them in case of theft? Are you an accomplice? Brief stay that had started very well ended very badly. Don't go there if you don't want to get robbed.
