We were welcomed though late arrival with so much care and friendliness. Our room a suite room 203 was beautiful,we have stayed here before and everything was amazing. Very comfy bed. Great balcony. The pool we had to ourselves most days. The staff were truly wonderful,nothing was too much trouble. It is situated in the centre of Koutouloufari so close to tavernas and bars. But quiet. If you have been to Koutouloufari before you will know the beautiful village and the friendly locals. A place you will return to often. I would definitely recommend Villa Elite 5 stars for us. Thankyou for an amazing holiday and we will be back soon. Helen and Ian xx

Villa Elite - A Hidden Gem in Koutouloufari Our stay at Villa Elite turned out to be a wonderful experience, despite an initial hiccup. Due to an error on TUI's end, our booking hadn't been properly processed. However, the manager, Kostas, went above and beyond to ensure we had a room. His reassurance and proactive approach made us feel safe and valued as guests during what could have been a stressful situation. The room itself was a pleasant surprise - beautifully renovated with modern amenities and comfort in mind. It's clear that the owners take pride in maintaining high standards for their accommodations. One of the highlights of Villa Elite is undoubtedly its bar area and the breathtaking view it offers. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink, the panoramic vistas provide a stunning backdrop that truly enhances the holiday experience. The village of Koutouloufari itself is a charming discovery. Its picturesque streets, traditional architecture, and warm atmosphere make it a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We can't conclude this review without expressing our heartfelt gratitude to Kostas and his wonderful colleagues. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made our stay truly memorable. We enjoyed our stay at villa elite We had a junior suite renovated and modern Village is lovely just 15 mins walk to the town Peaceful and friendly population We had half board but we were the only residents with half board which meant we had a private restaurant every night and the fantastic Kostas made us beautiful 3 course meals every night We felt so special and spoiled truly wonderful fresh and delicious food I would highly recommend villa elite not just for the location but the fabulous staff

Ik had een 2 kamer suite geboekt..deze kamers zijn echt mooi en modern. Verder is het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam..De suite's zijn zeker een aanrader en zien ook echt uit als op de foto's..badkamer was voorzien van gewenste regendouche..al met al een dikke 10

Da fare chiudere un hotel del genere non dovrebbe esistere. Abbiamo prenotato 5 notti tramite Booking arrivati lì il manager ci ha portati al nostro appartamento. Non vi dico cosa non abbiamo visto Appartamento sporco ed è riduttivo. Tutte le foto che si vedono sul loro sito o su Booking sono false. Cattivi odori, cacca di topo ,carta igienica già utilizzata , per non parlare della vista su cantieri. Dopo 10 minuti abbiamo preso la decisione di andare a parlare con il manager con buon modo abbiamo detto che non era di nostro gradimento vista l’ora dormiamo qui sta notte e il domani mattina ci saremo trovati un’altra sistemazione. La loro risposta è stata noi non centriamo niente parla con Booking. Dopo una notte insonne tra luce che passava tra le loro tende ( non ci sono tapparelle)sporche e il cattivo odore Il domani mattina ce ne siamo andati. non abbiamo fatto colazione eravamo disgustati a pensare di mangiare quelle cose ,dopo aver visto come trattano gli appartamenti. Per fortuna Booking mi ha ascoltato e rimborsato. La struttura dopo aver rimesso un rimborso mi ha cancellato la prenotazione così facendo non sono abilitato a mettere questa recensione che spero leggerete tutti. Vi consiglio di andare altrove sarebbe scontato. NON FATEVI DERUBARE E ROVINARE LE VACANZE !
