Wat een geweldig appartement. Chersonisos is aan te lopen maar toch zit je ver genoeg om geen last te hebben van lawaai. Marianna en Xristos doen er werkelijk alles maar dan ook alles aan om je een fantastisch verblijf te geven, wat het zeker was. Niks is te gek. Wat een super lief stel. De bedden zijn goed, Ontbijt heel goed en ruime keuze, douche is klein maar goed te gebruiken, warm water en goede straal. Föhn is aanwezig en WiFi is goed. Gezellige bar waar van alles te verkrijgen is. Xristos is een geweldige kok. Wij maakten mee dat 1 van de "gasten" in het ziekenhuis kwam, de gasten zaten niet bij ons in het appartement maar waren er wel eerder geweest. Kwamen iedere dag iets eten en drinken. Marianne en Xristos hebben deze mensen op alle mogelijke manieren geholpen, oa aan onderdak. Dat hoor je toch niet overal. In het hoogseizoen zit Xristos al vroeg in de tuin om te checken dat terugkomende stappers de andere gasten laten slapen. Wij komen zeker terug. Een heerlijk gezellige vakantie waarbij we lekker tot rust zijn gekomen.

12 jours de vacances à 8 ! Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 enfants et avons tous les 8 passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil est plus que parfait tellement gentil et attentionné ! Christos et Marianna sont juste incroyables ! La nourriture faite maison est délicieuse ! La piscine parfaite en taille et très propre ! La chambre cosy le lit 180 parfait ! Juste une douche trop petite !!! Bref nous on vous adoré cet endroit reposant calme et accueillant où l’on se sent comme à la maison ! Merci encore !!!

Nous séjournons au sein de ce joli endroit reposant loin du bruit de la foule des grands complexes ! Les chambres sont sympathiques ! Juste un bémol la douche est assez petite ! La climatisation est un pur bonheur ! Les repas sont délicieux et très copieux ! L’accueil est très chaleureux ! La piscine est impeccable mais fermée de 19h à 10h30 ! Pas de soucis pour trouver un transat ou se reposer dans les lits !!! Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon ! Bref un moment reposant au sein de ce chouette établissement !!! Les enfants sont bienvenus !!!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à la résidence Iphigenia, en famille de quatre (enfants de 18 et 12 ans). Petite résidence à taille humaine et les propriétaires MariAnna & Christos (et Coconut!) sont des hôtes très sympathiques et aux petits soins. Ils se font un plaisir de vous renseigner sur les endroits à visiter. Ils parlent couramment anglais. Tous les appartements ont un balcon donnant sur la piscine et le jardin, où vous avez des grands lits extérieurs, des transats, terrasse du bar resto ouvert jusqu’au soir. Repas très bon et prix raisonnables. Appartement très bien, douche un peu petite et kitchenette mais sans rien pour cuisiner (pas de plaque ni four). Ménage fait deux fois dans la semaine. Serviettes de douche et de piscine fournies. Résidence très bien située car à la sortie de la ville donc au calme mais proche du centre et de la rocade. Il y a un Lidl de l’autre côté de la rue. Et une laverie à 5 minutes en voiture (vous déposez votre linge et venez le récupérer propre, le monsieur est extra et super gentil !). Nous avons sillonné la partie est de la Crète avant de partir à l’ouest. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons beaucoup aimé la résidence Iphigenia, une adresse que nous conseillons vivement !

Returned from a wonderful weeks stay at the Iphigenia Mystic Retreat, as a family of four (18 & 16yr old children). Where do I start…the owners MariAnna & Christos are amazing hosts, working tirelessly to ensure you have a perfect & memorable stay, recommending places to visit, assisting with car hire & booking fantastic restaurants. This is a beautiful and intimate hotel, serving just 12 individual apartments means there is no need to rush for sun beds! The facilities cater for all ages. The day sun beds are a great addition. And the grounds are beautiful. There is an array of food (large portions) and drink available at the hotel bar with certain cocktails only 4 Euros, with well known & local beers and spirits, together with fruit drinks and ice creams. Yes, the bathrooms are small however with a shower, basin & toilet, what else do you need? The apartments have lots of space with added balcony or terrace area and the air conditioning is a god send. The hotel is located a short 10 mins walk downhill to Hersonissos beach and bar/restaurant ***** where you have an unlimited amount of choice. Would recommend Cretan Blue & Med Cafe. Herssonisos Old Town (traditional Greek) is also worth a visit one evening by taxi (10 Euros) and meal at Zachos is a must, staff are fantastic & play games involving Raki! A hire call, whilst not a necessity should be considered to see the sites where you will find amazing, friendly & cheap tavernas in the remote mountain roads. In summary, we had a memorable and fantastic family stay at the Iphigenia. The facilities are perfect and the owners so thoughtful. Hope to visit again soon.

Just back from a lovely relaxing trip in the company of Mariann and Chris and coconut their friendly full of character dog. The location is perfect only a 10 min walk away from the main strip/Beach. The home cooked food (cooked up by Chris) was tasty and very generously portioned. The pool/apartments are clean and perfectly proportioned. The biggest asset of staying here was the warmth of the hosts, both lovely people who made our stay even better. A little hidden gem

Just back from a wonderful holiday at Iphigenia , lovely room which was very clean and modern, bed very comfortable , lots of lovely touches everywhere you go, lovely sunbeds and pool area , with a great vibe Mariann and Chris who run the hotel, are very hard working and engaging , nothing is to much trouble, so just want to make your holiday the best , for us we loved every minute and can’t wait to return very soon
