MATTEO BOBO TRIED TO MOLEST MY GIRLFRIEND. HE IS A ENTERTAINMENT WORKER FOR THE HOTEL. The male has been reported to the POLICE! they claimed to have fired him however, we saw him again the next day! If this wasn't enough of a trip from hell - don't get me started on the state of the rooms and facilities! Dirty and tired, the whole hotel is falling apart. Bathroom stank and had to but our own cleaning appliances to properly clean the room. We had lots of ants in the building too. Un super hôtel pour des vacances en famille. Les enfants sont ravis ils ont put s’amuser au mini club avec leur animatrice Emma, qu’ils ont adoré mais aussi avec les nombreux toboggans et les différentes piscines. Merci à Julia et Ilyâs pour l’animation durant toute la journée et le soir. L’hôtel est reposant avec très peu de bruit et de monde avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Le restaurant et les chambres sont très biens.

Worst place ever . Just come back never a 4 star hotel . Very rude . Nothing for you to do. Spent so much money on food as there food isn't catered for the English at all. Would not recommend it at all. Pool side very dangerous very slippery .one day there's 5 lifeguards the next day there isnt even one lifeguard around .

Poor hotel Not 4 star Not all inclusive o my drinks is own brands soft, red and white wine, lager, brandy ouzo no other spirits Food awful - same every day for breakfast lunch and dinner no kids buffet snack bar consists of sandwiches with meat and two cakes that were given to you Pool is awful and sides are dangerously and slippery poolside looks like it’s not clean Not for families Rooms but cleaned Towels not changed Staff rude and no help Avoid at all costs What a waste of money

Hotel idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bogata infrastruktura, czyste baseny, zjeżdżalnie dla młodszych i starszych, polska animatorka w mini clubie, doskonała lokalizacja blisko miasteczka Hersonisos (można dojść spacerkiem promenadą). Pokoje oraz przestrzenie wspólne czyste. Jedzenie pyszne, duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedynym minusem hotelu są tworzące się czasami kolejki, np. do grilla na kolacji (otwarta tylko jedna restauracja i bar na cały hotel) oraz stare, podniszczone pokoje. Minusem też jest brak wody butelkowanej oraz korzystanie z małych plastikowych kubeczków (200 ml) do nalewania napojów. Obiekt rozłożony na dużym terenie, strome górki, więc trochę trzeba się nachodzić ale za to widoki wynagradzają. Coś za coś, jak za taką cenę, bardzo dobry hotel i udane wakacje.

The food is disgusting The hotel is not clean The pool and tiles around the pool are a death trap The staff are rude apart from the animation team We ate out most days as the food was terrible I spent more money on food from the shop for my kids All inclusive ended at 10pm My daughter and wife both cut the feet open on the pool floor it was that dangerous The waterpark tiles are very slippy and the lifeguards spend most of there time sat on there phones not watching what's happening We are a middle class family and even I was ashamed that I booked this for my family Please don't go save your money and try somewhere else Regards

Hotel schludny i czysty z ładnym widokiem. No, ale do tego widoku trzeba dotrzeć, bo hotel jest wysoko na górze i trzeba pokonać wiele schodów, co akurat mnie nie zdziwiło bo wiedziałem o tym już rezerwując hotel. Doprawdy dziwie się ludziom, którzy wykupują pobyt w hotelu i nie sprawdzą jak jest zlokalizowany a potem narzekają ileż to schodów trzeba pokonywać. Na minus łóżka dla dzieci w pokojach rodzinnych. Nie każde dziecko może spać na łóżku piętrowym... Ogólnie obsługa Ok, zwłaszcza Manolis z recepcji i animatorka Laura (super podejście do dzieci). Jedzenie niestety słabe i to bardzo. Słabiutki wybór, a za drinki w opcji all trzeba dodatkowo płacić - nie wiem jak to możliwe... Dobre jest to że można było korzystać ze wszystkich udogodnień sąsiedniego hotelu - ten sam właściciel jak sądzę.
