Very bad experience, Facilities: All Seasons in China is better than here, 3 stars at most Sanitation: A lot of ants🐜 Environment: The beach and the place where children play in the water are good Service: Very poor, only two bottles of water per day The key is that I booked 5 beds, but I was given 4 beds! Definitely do not recommend staying in this hotel, the food is so salty!

Family hotel? If you book as a family with two rooms I would expect to be placed in same hotel not in an annexe across a main road fast moving traffic or the option of a tiny road tunnel. The hotels view you booked an annexe. No we didn't. Don't come

What we didn’t like: We are a couple, one of us uses a wheelchair. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very difficult for several reasons: There is no air conditioning in public areas, including the dining room and lobby. During the hot summer, this made things quite uncomfortable. We requested a handicap-accessible room, but we were told all accessible rooms were already booked — even though there’s no option to reserve one through the website. Reception simply told us: “You can cancel” or “That’s what you booked.” We tried to find alternatives, but everything nearby was fully booked, so we had no choice but to stay. The restroom in our room was not accessible at all. It was too small for a wheelchair to enter, and it was even hard to reach the sink to wash hands. The hotel as a whole is not accessible — many areas have stairs with no ramps, making it difficult to move around the property. We are not writing this for sympathy — but to warn others: If you or someone you're traveling with needs accessibility, contact the hotel directly before booking. What you see on the website may not reflect the reality. Hotels should understand that accessibility is not a luxury. It’s a necessity — and every guest deserves to move around safely and with dignity.

All in all we had a great time and the hotel is enjoyable. It was quite loud during the day and there were enormous club parties in one of the pools next to the main pool, but it finished about 7pm and was quiet from there. Didn’t really bother us. The food is overall good and the staff are great. It did feel a bit unsafe as there were no checks around who could walk into the hotel, so literally any member of the public could walk into and around the complex. We had a ground floor room which was nice, but since we had a 5 year old with us, it did feel a little bit unsafe. Here are some pros and cons we found: Pros: Food was good Pools and facilities were excellent, so much for kids to do Rooms regularly cleaned to a good standard Beaches were beautiful and within a 5 minute walk from reception Staff were largely brilliant and accommodating €10 taxi journey to Hersonissos where there are loads of bars, restaurants and shops Cons As mentioned above, it did feel a little bit unsecure. There is absolutely nothing to stop members of the public entering the hotel premises and walking around unchecked, which seems rather odd. This made me feel a bit uneasy about having a child in a ground floor room, but maybe that’s just me being over protective. The main canteen is complete chaos. The standard of food is good but my lord, if a relaxing dinner is what your after, avoid the main canteen. There is a smaller one called “Cretan Star” that is way quieter and much more relaxing. Same food/drinks, but a fraction of the guests at any time. Air conditioning in the main lobby is non existent. Not really an issue during the majority of the stay but if you have a late flight and check out your room at 11, you’re gonna have a sweaty few hours. Air conditioning was also notably absent in the canteens, which meant dinners were a bit of an uncomfortable affair from a heat perspective, especially the Japanese/Chinese one. All in all I’d recommend this hotel and would probably go back. It generally has something for everyone and the pools/staff are brilliant. I think if they tightened up security and loosened the purse strings on air conditioning, it would be a no brainer to return to.

We stayed as a family of six, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The most memorable aspect of our stay was the constant heat and humidity. Aside from the rooms, there is no air conditioning in any public areas — not in the lobby or other hotel facilities — which made it very uncomfortable throughout the day. We were placed in a two-story complex with no elevator. It was frustrating to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs, especially when checking out. The food at the dining hall was decent but repetitive. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered more or less the same options every day. The hotel is quite far from the center — about a 20-minute walk to reach shops, restaurants, or any attractions. While not terrible, it’s something to keep in mind. To be fair, the hotel is very clean, and there are many pools on the property, most of them suitable for children. For adults, there is one pool with a bar, but there’s no music at all, which really affects the atmosphere. The most frustrating issue was at the second adults-only pool. We were asked to leave — twice — without any prior notice due to private events/parties. There were no signs or advance communication. We were told that if we wanted to stay, we would have to pay an extra 30–40 euros. That was unacceptable and poorly handled. In summary, I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

DO NOT BOOK AN ANNEXE ROOM !!! TUI falsely advertise these. They are no where near the hotel facilities and are located in an awful area across a very busy highway which is extremely difficult and dangerous to cross. They wouldn’t even move us unless we paid to upgrade costing us €480 for 6 nights I did t even feel safe to go back to my room alone! Not exactly what you’d expect for a 4 Star Hotel It’s also very CONFUSED and doesn’t really know what it wants to be. The Hotel caters for Families but also for Clubbers and have regular Parties by the main pool which unless you pay you can’t use & the bars beside it are not inclusive. Very odd.
