Good location, friendly, excellent value for money
Friendly welcome, good location. We had a slight issue in that the shower head clip (to attach to the pole) was missing, I mentioned it to reception and it was dealt with immediately. Breakfast was basic as I expected for the price.

Arrived late evening with a pre booked room that had a balcony and city view. Immediately discovered it had neither. The "balcony" was a bricked up internal corridor with fully enclosed windows and iron bars across the windows for security and full curtains for privacy (see photos). No view. No natural light in room. The night staff were fully aware of this and were sympathetic and apologised but said we needed to speak to someone next day about changing room. Next morning we were given a change of room. No apology however, just told we had booked the room and there was no interest when we showed the booking that promised a balcony and city view. The new room was good. Would stay here again is we were guaranteed not to be in a room similar to the first one. IF YOU BOOK HERE INSIST YOU ARE NOT PUT IN ROOMS 111 OR 112.

I only ended up in Heraklion because of circumstances beyond my control BUT I could not have chosen a better hotel. Very clean and comfortable it is within easy walking distance of the city centre, Venetian walls, port, bus station and city buses. But the best thing about this hotel is the lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for me and I appreciated it. It’s also very safe for a solo female visitor. And has a cute cat 🐱 Highly recommend

Sempre meglio! Oltre alla consueta cortesia ed ospitalità, quest'anno la proprietà ha rinnovato le camere rendendole più moderne, letti con materassi comodissimi. Sicuramente un hotel di livello superiore alle due stelle assegnate. Pulizia, colazione e prezzo ok.

We werden warm ontvangen, onze kamer was meteen beschikbaar. Deze was netjes gekuist en had ook alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf (zeep, haardroger, kapstokken, kluisje, mini frigo, airco…..). De kamer werd dagelijks gekuist en er werd aangevuld wat nodig was. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam waar nodig. Het ontbijt is basis. De grote troef van dit hotel vinden wij de ligging, deze is kort bij het centrum (wandel afstand +-10-15min). Parkeermogelijkheid heeft het hotel niet maar is niet noodzakelijk een probleem, want voor de deur, omliggende straten kan je gemakkelijk parkeren.

L'hotel è confortevole ed economico. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite. La colazione è ok, il caffè pure. Molti si lamentavano del parcheggio. Noi lo abbiamo sempre trovato davanti l'hotel, senza problemi. Personale veramente cortese e professionale, viste le recensioni negative del passato, mi fa piacere recensire questa struttura, con la mia positiva esperienza

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport et facilement accessible, places dans la rue pour garer sa voiture sans soucis. À 15 min à pied du centre. Accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre confortable. Vue pas top à l’arrière sur le bâtiment d’en face mais pas grave pour une étape citadine! Rien à redire, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Si trova nel centro di Sitia, vicino a a tutto. Una volta parcheggiato l auto si può andare in centro a piedi. 5 minuti, anche meno. La camera pulita, la colazione abbondante. Siamo stati una sola notte, solo per andare alla spiaggia di vai. Città piena di ristoranti e pochi negozi
