The front desk clerk of the hotel is very efficient. The front desk ladies are very good and the service is warm. The furnishings of the room are very good and the facilities are good. The hotel provides free self-service laundry and free parking, which is very good and meets my daily needs. Personally highly recommended.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient; not only was check-in quick and seamless, but they also proactively offered tea, and we didn't even need to pay a deposit – a pleasant surprise! The hotel's Neo-Chinese style decor creates an elegant and beautiful ambiance, making it incredibly photogenic. Our room was incredibly well-equipped, featuring an air purifier and a smart toilet. Hot water was instant, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The soft, fluffy bedding ensured a truly restful night's sleep. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast and late-night snacks. The Hengyang rice noodles for breakfast were absolutely delicious, with various live cooking stations preparing fresh dishes.
