As soon as we got off the bus, a staff member helped us with our luggage and asked if we were staying at the hotel. Then when they found out we were two girls, they asked us considerately if we wanted to change rooms. We went to see the rooms and they were very cozy. The extra bed was too hard and too small, not suitable for a family of three adults. The room is clean and hygienic, with a hot spring bath.
