本來是個愉快的入住體驗，2025年3月9日上午7：00分左右分就把615房間房卡交給酒店前台辦理了退房手續，上午7：42分把房卡按金憑證，通過酒店前台服務微信，告知了他們，到了下午15:43分一直在質疑我們少交了房卡，真的是服了，這樣的服務，這樣的辦理速度，難道酒店就不能先通過酒店監控取證後，再來質疑嗎？
