There is no elevator in the area where the suite is located, which would be troublesome if you have a lot of luggage. However, other facilities are complete and the service is quite adequate to meet all your needs. There are restaurants, supermarkets and attractions nearby, within walking distance. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but there are indeed people singing and dancing in the park next to it all day long. The only deduction is the environmental noise. Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, friends who have poor sleep quality still need to be mentally prepared.

酒店位置不錯，服務也很好，尤其表揚兩位前台，羅女士人美心善，服務耐心，且處處為客人服務，點贊。但酒店唯一也是比較嚴重的問題就是噪音，不是臨街的噪音，臨街的大家都能理解和適應，晚上也會好很多，但是酒店外面有一個巨大的水箱還是排氣管道什麼的會產生很大的噪音，除此之外都很好，前台服務所以彌補了不錯，依然算5分吧，希望老闆把那水冷塔噪音的問題處理一下就完美了

環境超好，出門就是西湖公園，裏面荷花盛放。酒店硬件很好，總共三層，房間比現在的連鎖酒店大，前台、走廊公共區域很漂亮，高雅風裝飾。早餐豐盛，最喜歡裏面的粥，煮的很好。還贈送了兩張小孩的餐票。雖然説是19年裝修的，但看起來很新。服務態度也好，還幫忙晾衣服和收衣服。退房時間:12點之前
