房間整體裝修簡潔，是自己喜歡的品位，檔次高，符合四星級標準，所有的客服人員服務非常熱情，專業，還是説説小問題：1.訂的私湯大床房，湯池在陽台上，但陽台的欄桿玻璃透明的，沒有考慮私隱，並且玻璃沒有安裝到底，泡湯時，冷風直接從底部吹到頭部和胸部，容易感冒， 2.訂的這種價格的房間，洗手間裏面的馬桶智能性功能不足不夠（沒帶沖洗功能），也沒帶遙控器。其他的，都可以理解，酒店正式開張不久，希望越來越好！

房間非常乾淨，住起來很安心，私湯泡着很舒服，還可以帶狗狗。保安前台還有酒店餐廳的服務員態度都非常好，還會再來。就是晚上去的那條路上沒有路燈，太黑了，第一次去有點難找

服務態度很好，提前電話聯繫，温度低提前開空調。
唯一不足的就是私湯防水的出水量較小，但是瑕不掩瑜，希望改進。
另外可以考慮增加晚上的吃的，主要是宵夜，畢竟是在半山，有時候餓了不好點外賣，同時投屏要出1.99元，希望希望能夠改善，總體來説體驗很棒，各項設施很好。

春節被堵，找的附近酒店，不得不誇一下，非常好！房間寬敞，大氣耐看的中式裝修，1.5的兩張床一家三口住起來很舒服～喜歡這個廁所，很靜謐～前台小姐姐、餐廳小姐姐還有客房阿姨都很親切～喂梅花鹿、坐小火車小朋友都玩得很開心！退房後去了赤松觀，步行也方便！

非常滿意！酒店很新，設施都挺好！服務很熱情，抵店前工作人員都為提前給房間開好空調暖房，很温馨特別好👍👍👍！早餐也好吃，下次來衡陽會再住這個酒店！
