酒店服務好，房間乾淨、智能，衞浴乾濕分離，設施齊全。早餐品種多，儘管是素食，但很好吃。吃好早餐步行去南嶽大廟，正門進、後門出，直接去衡山旅客中心，非常方便。值得入住，推薦！

正值寶貝生日，提前聯繫酒店。給免費升級了房型，還幫忙佈置一下房間，送了水果、零食和祝福！開心！辦理入住時，貼心遞了杯熱茶；出門遊玩時推薦了南嶽裏，借了雨傘；晚上還送了夜宵（粥和雞蛋）。2米的大床房型很舒適，全家都很滿意！

新建不久酒店，房間裝修氣味有點重，設施完備布草較乾淨。衣帽間酒店衣架破損嚴重。衞生收拾有死角
服務人員機械式服務嚴重。水果為青葡萄，沒有徹底清潔存在污點，沒去蒂，蒂老化比較嚴重水果應該為隔夜
牛奶可能因存放條件或天氣原因致使客人拉肚子。已經向前台反應。前台未處理未做客户關懷。

酒店毗鄰衡山景區，非常近，走路10分鐘左右就到景區大門，乾淨整潔，物超所值，裝修新入住體驗感非常好。應該是衡山很好的酒店，前台服務非常及時暖心，大堂裏的超市東西比外面的超市還便宜。總體來説本次衡山之旅非常舒服。
