差評：朵蘭達V酒店入住體驗極差！
入住三天，服務質量和衞生一天比一天讓人失望！我覺得最離譜的是，入住的時候前台倒還好，後面倆次我人到前台了，前台還在玩手機，頭都沒抬！你説沒人的時候沒關係，我都到前台了，還沒有理我，還在玩手機，還非得我去喊。
作為衡陽標榜三星的連鎖酒店，服務竟然如此敷衍，我在長沙住了那麼久的朵蘭達主要就是沖這品牌口碑來住的，服務不到位，簡直對不起這個價位！希望管理層能重視客人的入住體驗，至少保證客人入住到離店服務要保持一樣的服務態度和熱情的，而不是入住完以後就不重視在住客人的體驗！
我不會推薦，也不會再光顧！[發怒][發怒]

就實際入住情況而言，真心評價
1、我辦入住前台推三阻四，也沒有所謂的歡迎語，也不懂明明是一家連鎖酒店，企業文化職業素質這麼差勁嗎？
2、前台的服務意識和態度為什麼這麼冷淡，也沒有歡送語和介紹酒店的設施設備的地點。
3、就300左右的價格，住的是酒店的浴缸房，房型空間太小，而且服務還跟不上，單從我入住體驗來説，即沒有體驗到入住的舒適感，也感受不到酒店服務人員的細緻服務和該有的温度
4、房間牀頭櫃下面有明顯的灰塵和髮絲，就在房間沙發上小坐了一會又看見黑色窗簾布上有一片明顯的黃色的污漬，衞生也是一言難盡
5、入住的時候還問好評，論跡不論心，但是設施，衞生，服務，但凡有一項令人滿意我都不願意去寫這條評論
